Data protection

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website.

CONTACT WITH US

If you contact us by form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

COOKIES

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your terminal device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly.

Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit. If you do not wish this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. If you disable cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics by Google LLC in 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses so-called cookies, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

We have concluded a corresponding contract for commissioned data processing with the provider.

Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymized (by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that only a rough localization is possible. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other data from Google.

The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO.

Our concern in terms of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized. The user data is evaluated by Google to create reports.

You can prevent the collection by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set that prevents future collection of your data when visiting this website: Google Analytics Disable.
